Maria da Silva is a native of the parish of Cachopo, county of Tavira. She lies in Faro for 42 years.
She start the journey through the arts, with the composition of pressed flowers.
Today, she is dedicated to painting.
Since 1993,exposes its work.
She has participated in inumerous solo exhibitions and colllective up today.
She attended the workshop  drawing and painting “ Ponto de Fuga “( Vanishing point ) in 2001 under the guidance of teachers Zé Manel e Renato Domingos and from 2002 to 2003, in C.A.Olhanenses  under the guidance of  the Master Martins Leal.
